"This was a familiar place as we walked by looking to have lunch. We gave in and decided to have KFC instead of trying local food on our first day in Kota Kinabalu. They have a spicy chicken on offer apart from the original recipe. This particular KFC was very busy at lunchtime and had 15 minute waiting times for food to be ready. A bit greasy but nevertheless we enjoyed the KFC lunch! Average rating only because there is room to provide a few more healthier options on the menu."

"Good place to bring kids here ,This KFC got playground to play and absolutely kids very enjoyable . Order by machine and you can choose what you want to eat. Can buy using Qr, debit card at the machine. No worries their also accepted cash at counter. If you don't understand to using the machine can ask at the counter their staff will teach and help you . Friendly staff and manager. Good service . The ambience cozy ,clean and relax ! Got parking here. Also can Drive-thru . Recommend ‼"

"Got kiosk already, very little parking space and road going in is not properly maintained, very bumpy. Kfc is still kfc, the chicken is sometimes good sometimes not so good. Sometimes big, sometimes small."
